Set Up Your KU Online ID and Password

Your KU online ID is different from your 7-digit KU ID number. It is a combination of letters and numbers and serves as your official username for accessing online accounts at KU, such as Enroll & Pay, email, and transcripts. Please see below for detailed instructions on how to set up your KU online ID and password.

Setting Up Your KU Online ID and Password

Once you are accepted to KU as a non-degree seeking student, you will receive your 7-digit KU ID number from the KU Admissions Office via standard mail (this could take a couple of weeks, so please be patient). Keep this number in a safe place for future use. You can also access your KUID number online by visiting: admissions.ku.edu/status/ and logging in with the same credentials you used for your non-degree seeking student application. If you need help accessing your KU ID number, contact your high school counselor or the Jayhawk Blueprint office at blueprint@ku.edu or (785) 864-0934.

Once you have your KU ID number, you can use it to create your KU online ID, which serves as your official username and password for accessing online accounts at KU, such as Enroll and Pay, email, and transcripts. Set up your KU online ID and password at: myidentity.ku.edu/setup/login/.

If you need help accessing your KU online ID, please contact our office. For password recovery or changes, visit: myidentity.ku.edu/services/, or contact KU IT at (785) 864-8080 or itcsc@ku.edu.
