2. Complete the Required Jayhawk Blueprint Sign-Up Form or Application by the Enrollment Deadline

After enrolling in your Jayhawk Blueprint course(s) at your high school, you must complete either the non-degree seeking student application through the KU Admissions Office OR the Jayhawk Blueprint sign-up form by the enrollment deadline.

If you took a Jayhawk Blueprint course in the previous semester, you will need to complete the Jayhawk Blueprint sign-up form. This information helps the Jayhawk Blueprint team confirm that you would like to enroll for KU credit.

If you did NOT take a Jayhawk Blueprint course last semester or have never taken a Jayhawk Blueprint course, you will need to fill out the free non-degree seeking student application through the KU Admissions Office.

3. Wait for the Jayhawk Blueprint Team to Enroll You in Your Course(s) at KU

This step requires no action on your part. If you are enrolled at your high school and have completed the required non-degree seeking student application or sign-up form by the deadline, the Jayhawk Blueprint team will enroll you in your course(s) at KU as long as you do not have an outstanding balance. You must have a zero tuition and fees balance for enrollment to be processed at KU. Note: The Jayhawk Blueprint team will only register students for the current semester because KU registers for classes by semester.

4. Access Your KU ID Number and Set Up Your KU Online ID

Once you are accepted to KU as a non-degree seeking student, your 7-digit KU ID number will be mailed to you from the KU Admissions Office via standard mail. Keep this in a safe place! You will need your KU ID number to create your KU online ID, which serves as your official username and password for accessing online accounts at KU (i.e., Enroll and Pay, email, transcripts, etc.). If you need help accessing your KU ID number, contact your high school counselor or the Jayhawk Blueprint office at blueprint@ku.edu or (785) 864-0934. You can set up your KU online ID and password at: https://myidentity.ku.edu/setup/login/setup/login.

If you have already set up your KU online ID but need help accessing it, you may contact our office for assistance. If you have forgotten your password or your password has expired, you can attempt to recover or change it online at: https://myidentity.ku.edu/services/. 5. Log in to Enroll & Pay to Access and Pay Your Tuition Bill

Enroll & Pay is KU's student information system. Through this system, you can view the class(es) you are enrolled in, access grades for completed courses, add KU delegate access for parents/guardians, and pay your bill online at: https://sa.ku.edu.

You will receive an email at your KU email address with your bill summary and due date information. Payments are due on the 15th day of the month following enrollment, typically October 15th for fall semester and March 15th for spring semester. Check your KU email and preferred email regularly for bill updates and deadlines.

We highly recommend forwarding your KU email to an account you check frequently (not your school email address) because important emails regarding your tuition bill and deadlines will be sent to your KU email account. For more information about forwarding your KU email, visit: https://blueprint.ku.edu/email.

Lastly, we strongly encourage all students to set up delegate access for a parent/guardian, especially if they plan to pay your tuition bill. This allows them to communicate with KU staff and access the bill pay systems. Learn more about how to set up delegate access for your parent/guardian here: https://blueprint.ku.edu/designate-a-delegate.
