Fall 2026 Jayhawk Blueprint Enrollment Sign-Up Form

This form is only for students who completed a Jayhawk Blueprint course in Spring 2026. If that applies to you, please submit this form by September 4, 2026 to enroll in a Fall 2026 Jayhawk Blueprint course and receive college/KU credit.

If you did not take a Jayhawk Blueprint course in Spring 2026 or have never taken a Jayhawk Blueprint course, you will need to complete the free KU Non-Degree Seeking Student Application.
